motorcycle recall and safety list for ijustwant2ride.com

A new round of motorcycle recalls has been posted by the NHTSA, including a Yamaha “Do Not Ride” warning and recalls from Indian, Piaggio, and Kawasaki. If you own one of these motorcycles, check your VIN before your next ride.

Be aware that this list of motorcycle recalls is for the United States over the last 30 days. There is no way I could cover the entire world.

But in the world of global manufacturing, if a motorcycle is being recalled in one country there is a good chance it is under recall in others.

Also, this should not be considered a definitive list, check for yourself if you have any questions.

If you are U.S. based, use the NHTSA website http://www.safercar.gov. Enter your VIN number to see if your motorcycle is affected by the recall.

If you are based outside the USA, use the appropriate website to locate recalls that may impact you.
